EKASABASE S.L (hereinafter, “Fournines”) with address for notification purposes at Calle Sabino Arana 8, oficina Design Kabi, Bilbao 48013, will process the personal data of the User that it has access to during their browsing of the Website www.fournines.es and through the use of the Services offered by Fournines.

For this reason, Fournines, as Data Controller “Web Users”, duly registered in our processing register, in which Users' personal data are collected, wishes to inform you of its Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data it may collect as a result of the use of the Services offered on its Website.

Fournines reserves the right to make, at any time, the modifications, updates or changes it considers appropriate to the terms of this Privacy Policy, in order to preserve at all times the rights and freedoms of our users and to anticipate possible changing risks of our activity.

If the User does not accept the new version of the Privacy Policy, Fournines will have the right to cancel their personal data.

Free text fields

The free text fields that may appear on the Website for the User's use have the sole and exclusive purpose of gathering information to improve the quality of services and customer service; information provided that does not have this required purpose will not be processed.

Recipients of transfers or international transfers

Data will be communicated to other companies in the EKASA Group for the purposes listed in this document, including the processing of customer personal data. Fournines will not transfer your personal data to third parties or make international transfers outside the scope of the EKASA Group companies.

Rights of interested parties

The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, portability and right to be forgotten, by email to info@fournines.es, or by written request addressed to Fournines' Customer Service Department, at Calle Sabino Arana 8, oficina Design Kabi, Bilbao 48013, including in the communication the reference “Protection of Personal Data”. In any case, the communication directed to the exercise of these rights must include the following data of the affected party: name, surname, date of birth and number of the National Identity Document or any other document, valid in law, that proves their identity and the request specifying the claim.
